Socialising among colleagues is great, office events are full of life and enjoyable, there is opportunity to move vertically and horizontally, people are lovely.

Diversity
There is a diversity and inclusion team which has a particular focus on gender. I understand there are targets for women in more senior roles as at a grad level, the recruitment process is even.

On one of the best streets in the city. Brand new office we moved into July 2021. Everything is very new and modern. We also have facilities with showers, hair straightener etc. in our building. Dress code is very professional at all times. nothing less expected.

Easy and comfortable interview process. There is more of a focus on getting to know you as a person rather than only looking at grades and asking standard interview questions.
